This report is a compilation of statistics provided by the participating universities, colleges, and seminaries. Certain data in the expenditure categories were estimated or based on samples, since some of the institutions conduct purchasing and capital construction on the system level. The data may underestimate Moines bought into the economy. Categories of expenditures may not be typical of the way institution normally keep their accounting records.
